We require your information for the purpose of:

  1. Registering the vehicle under your name with the Land Transportation Authority.
  2. Assisting you with your loan applications with accredited banking partners.
  3. Processing your warranty with car distributors in accordance with your warranty booklet.

By voluntarily giving your information to us, you are consenting to the processing of your personal information for the above said purposes.

We may also process your personal information for: internal marketing and research purposes and other compliance and regulatory obligations under the law.

How Long We Keep Your Personal Information

We are committed to protecting and safeguarding your personal data and your data privacy rights. Only selected information is kept (name, address, contact details, service repair history) for a maximum period of five (5) years and deleted under the supervision of the Data Protection Officer. A data disposal log is kept for documentation purposes.

Financial data and documents needed for bank financing applications are not retained by our company but automatically transmitted to the bank financing institution of your choice. The submission of the documents with your chosen bank financing partner shall be governed by their banking policies.

Data required for the processing of your warranty are also not retained by our company but automatically transmitted to the car distributor in accordance with their policies and procedures.
